Cleaning:
EarthCoat is water-based so equipment can be rinsed clean with water.
Because it is non-toxic and solvent-free , there is no pollution problem
and can be disposed of easily.
Application:
Always apply to a clean surface
The EarthCoat can be applied like other coatings with
a brush, roller, sprayer ,troweled or squeegee depending on use
The standard EarthCoat bag makes 5 to 7 Gallons
depending on the mix.

Mixing
For walls interior exterior, floors, concrete, asphaltic tile, Asbestos tile, ballasted roofs,
For better adhesions prime first with concrete glue for cement or Kiltz on shiny surfaces.
Before mixing EarthCoat sift thru a piece of screen to remove any lumps.
Any water base colorant my be mixed with EarthCoat
When mixing EarthCoat it has no odor if you wish to have a particular odor in your room you can just add about an ounce per gallon of any water soluble scent to earth coat it will last for quite awhile.
When mixing Earth coat start of with half the amount of water as Earthcoat do NOT ADD all at once,
pour in mix till your consistence is about the consistence of pancake batter. This should roll on very smoothly.
To protect from stains apply a clear coat of sealer`. finish will normally be flat & absorbent.
Most walls and floor will require 2 to 3 coats.
For metal roof an buildings EarthCoat applied will reflect heat and cool build surface more than 25 degrees.
The pay back on your investment should be in about two years.
EarthCoat will stop rust and prevent further deterioration of building it is a great investment for improving your property.
EarthCoat is supplied in powder form.
To prepare, add specified amount of water to EarthCoat
and stir thoroughly until it is thoroughly mixed
Use a mixer attachment for an electric drill.
Then let the mixture stand for 15 to 30 minutes to allow the
polymers to react before your application.
EarthCoat thickens in 15 minutes to 30 minutes for full cure
You must use up all the mixed EarthCoat within approximately
2 hours after mixing.
After reaching full cure EarthCoat will thin back to cure state if
remixed ( do not add additional water )
Use within 2 hours after mixing
RECOMMENDED STARTING POINT MIXING RATIOS
It is recommended to mix small amount at first to get the feel of the consistency your looking for.
